Gourmet Meat Loaf

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Soft bread crumbs
3/4 cup rosé wine
1/2 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons Instant minced onions
2 tablespoons Instant green peppers
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Dry mustard
1 Egg, slightly beaten
1 1/2 pounds Lean ground meat

Preparation

1. Combine soft bread crumbs, wine, beef broth, onions, and peppers in a large heat-resistant, non-metallic bowl.

Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 4 minutes.

2. Stir in salt, dry mustard, egg and ground meat.

3. Press firmly into an 8 1/2-inch, heat-resistant, non-metallic round baking dish with custard cup in the center (right side of cup facing down).

4. The ring shape will bake very evenly and the excess fat will be collected under the inverted cup. Heat, loosely covered with paper towel, in Microwave Oven 12 minutes.
