GREEK STYLE VANILLA CHERRY ICE CREAM
Ingredients
500 g heavy cream, very cold
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 can cherry pie filling ( I use 1 cup of homemade cherry spoon sweet)
Preparation

In your stand mixer with whisk attachment on high speed beat your cream until it becomes stiff.

Fold in your sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk.

Add cherries.

Transfer to a container with a lid and freeze for 6 hours.
