Caramelized Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

24 ea brussel Sprouts, trimmed and halved
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Steam brussels sprouts until crisp-tender. About 5 minutes.

Heat oven to 450.

Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.

Combine remaining ingredients and toss with brussels sprouts.

Spread on cookie sheet and roast in oven until tender and lightly browned. About 10 minutes.

Even if you don't like brussels sprouts, I bet you’ll like these.

Roasted in the oven, these tiny little cabbages come out caramelized, sweet, and tender.
