Cheese ravioli for four (frozen or fresh) |

-4 T olive oil |

Step 1 |
Boil ravioli until not quite al dente. While it's boiling, heat oil. Press garlic into oil and briefly saute. Drain ravioli and add to garlic and oil. Fry on medium heat, turning occasionally, until edges start to get crispy brown. |
Step 2 |
Broccoli can be fried at the same time, or microwaved separately until slightly crisp and added to ravioli toward the end. Peas should be added toward the end. |
