Italian Chicken and Pasta

Ingredients

1 pound noodles*
1 1/2 teaspoons butter
1 1/2 cups water
1 Garlic salt/powder/diced *

Preparation

(*I use Egg Noodles or Curly Noodles and suggest these for you also)

(*Spaghetti sauce: Ragu, Prego, other whatever your preference; Or make your own, that is what I usually do)

(*Garlic: one of these, not all three which ever one you like the best)

Preheat oven to 450.

12x9 Casserole dish.

First, pour water and butter into 12x9 casserole dish.

Then add noodles to cover the bottom of the dish.

Next, take the sauce and pour it on top of the noodles, but don't use all of it, about 2/3 of it.

Take the chicken breasts and rub garlic salt/powder/diced garlic (one of these, not all three) into it and place it on top of the noodles and sauce. Next pour the rest of the sauce on top of the breasts.

Light Sprinkling of Italian Seasoning over meal.

Spread Parmesan Cheese over chicken and sauce.

Put in the oven for 40 minutes.

Remove from Oven and put Mozzarella Cheese over all of it and put back in oven for 5 more minutes.

Remove and it is ready to eat.

Goes well with a nice Chianti.

This is a meal that I created a little while back. It makes food for 3 to 8 depending on the amount of chicken you use and what you consider a serving size. It usually makes 8 for me.
