Ingredients
12 ounces (340 g) unsalted butter, firm/cold
4 3/4 cups (33.5 oz/950g) confectioners sugar, sifted
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Combine all the ingredients and and mix in the large bowl of an electric mixer, fitted with the paddle attachment.
