Garlicky Spinach and Mushroom Pizza

Ingredients

4 cups mushroom , sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup basil, chopped
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese , shredded

Heat non-stick skillet over medium heat with 1 tbs olive oil. Saute mushrooms and garlic 5 minutes until nicely browned and tender.

Brush pizza dough with 1 tbs olive oil (this keeps the sauce from soaking into the dough), the spread tomato sauce over dough. Top with spinach and mushrooms.

Sprinkle with basil and then top with mozzarella.

Bake in oven for 15 – 20 minutes depending on the thickness of your dough. Five minutes before pizza is done, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
