Zucchini Mozzarella Casserole

Ingredients

4 mediums -size Zucchini, washed
1 lrg Onion, peeled
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
1 teaspoon Onion salt
1/4 teaspoon Oregano
1 8oz. can Tomato sauce

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 . Cut zucchini into 1/2-inch slices and thinly slice onion and mozzarella cheese. Cook zucchini and onion slices together in covered skillet in butter or margarine until tender. Add onion salt, oregano and tomato sauce. Pour into a 1-1/2-quart shallow casserole. Top with mozzarella slices. Bake 30 minutes.
