Ingredients

3 tablespoons Garlic, minced

1 bn Fresh, stemed rosemary

2 tablespoons Dried thyme

1 cup Balsamic vinegar

3 cups Apple juice

1/2 cup Olive oil blend

Preparation

Mix marinade well the place ostrich in overnight. (4 hours minimum)

Salt & pepper meat before grilling.

NOTES : Also great for lamb, poultry, pork.
