Sally's French Vinaigrette
I use canola oil because olive oil adds its own flavor. I use my salad spoon to measure the oil and vinegar so it is more than a table spoon. This is a recipy that you need to fiddle with the amounts till it suits your tast. But once you have it stick with the same spoon. It is delicious with any asortment of salad greens and vegtables. At Christams we add sliced pears and toasted pecans to the greens.
