Granita
biscuits
125 grams
butter
250 grams
cream cheese
1 cup
condensed milk
cup
lemon juice
teaspoon
vanilla essence
Preparation

Finely
crush
biscuits.

Mix
melted butter
and biscuit crumbs together,
press
into base of spring form cake tin.
Refrigerate
15 minutes.

Mix
remaining ingredients together thoroughly, spread into pie
shell.
Refrigerate
1-2 hours.
4
Decorate with
whipped
cream
and chocolate.
