Ingredients

1 pound Beef, ground
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 Onion, minced
1 Egg, well beaten
1 dsh Pepper
1/4 cup Bread crumbs

Preparation

Mix in order given and shape into round cakes. Fry in butter until nicely browned.
