Step 1 |
Melt butter in heavy pot. Add onion, celery, and bell pepper. Cook until soft and transparent. Add pork chops and sausage. Cook 10 minutes, stir frequently. Add gravy, Season-All and 1 cup water. Cover and cook until pork chops are tender. Simmer for a few minutes, add rice and green onions. |
Step 2 |
Add enough water so there is twice as much liquid as there is rice. Bring liquid to a boil, lower heat and stir occasionally. Cook until liquid is absorbed by rice and rice is tender. Cover and let sit 15 minutes before serving. |
