Bikers Pasta Gratin
1 pkg fresh pasta for 2 persons
100 grams of ham
4 fresh mushrooms
½ sweet peppers
½ cup chopped chives
5 cup crème fraiche with herbs and garlic
Add the pasta into a baking dish or as in our case, the portable oven that we use on the camping stove.
Add the ham and vegetables you chopped into smaller pieces.
Pour the crème fraiche and finish with grated permesanen.
Cook the gratin in the oven or under a lid on the gas flame. Because we use fresh pasta it basically just needs to get hot or if you cook it at home in the regular oven on 225 degrees until it gets a little browned.
Serve with fresh vegetables.
