Lemon Ginger Marinade and Grilling Sauce
1 cup of gluten free Tamari sauce
1 tbs lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp coriander
1 tbsp Lemon Ginger Curry
1 tsp Olio do Panne (optional)
Pour the ingredients into a food processor or bowl and whip to combine.
Marinate your favorite fish, pork, chicken or beef in it for at least 1 hour, over night is preferable.
