Lemon Ginger Marinade and Grilling Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup of gluten free Tamari sauce
1 tbs lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp coriander
1 tbsp Lemon Ginger Curry
1 tsp Olio do Panne (optional)

Preparation

Pour the ingredients into a food processor or bowl and whip to combine.

Marinate your favorite fish, pork, chicken or beef in it for at least 1 hour, over night is preferable.

This combination of fresh flavors makes a fantastic marinade for fish, poultry, beef, pork, veggies and tofu. For me it is an easy go to that pleases everyone.
