ounces Wishbone Italian salad dressing |

Step 1 |
Marinate roast or chicken using all the ingredients except the carrots and potatoes. Marinate roast for at least 8 hours, chicken 3 hours. Both taste better if marinated overnight. Roast in oven at 350 degrees. After 20 minutes, add potatoes and carrots. Keep covered and cook until done. |
