tablespoons Dijon mustard |

teaspoons garlic, chopped |

Lemon (fresh wedge) to taste |

Step 1 |
Spray pan or foil with non-stick spray. Place fish or tray or foil. Cover with mustard and garlic and lemon juice. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or Bar-be-que on grill. |
