Other Names: Fish Casserole

Yield: 4 servings

edit Ingredients

1 ½

-2 lb. fish Pollock, haddock or cod

1

med. onion, sliced

Salt and pepper to taste

1

can sliced mushrooms 4 oz., drained

1

can Campbell's golden mushroom soup

1

cup stewed tomatoes, drained

1

cup shredded yellow cheese Colby, Cheddar, etc

Step 1

Spray an 8 x 8 inch square baking dish with Pam.

Step 2

Layer ingredients in order given.

Step 3

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
