Ingredients
1 pkg.
Polish sausage
or
turkey sausage
1 jar
sauerkraut
4 strips
bacon
, cooked and drained
cup
brown sugar
1 can
stewed tomatoes
(14 ½ oz.)
Preparation
1
Stir
together sauerkraut and tomatoes. Place in 13x9 inch
baking
dish.
Crumble cooked bacon over
top
and sprinkle with
brown
sugar.
Top
with sausage.
Bake
at 400 degrees F. until sausage is cooked and kraut bubbly.
