pound carrots peeled and cut into

1/4 x 1/4-inch sticks

pound parsnips peeled and cut into

3

1/4 x 1/4-inch sticks

1

teaspoon olive oil

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Spread vegetable sticks in single layer on nonstick baking sheet. Sprinkle vegetables with olive oil. Toss until well coated.

Step 2

Bake, tossing vegetables frequently, 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until crisp and golden.

Step 3

Yield: 6 serving
