How To Make Sukhdi In Microwave

Ingredients

3/4 cup Ghee:
3/4 cup Grated jaggery (gud):
For garnishing:
Cardamom powder

Preparation

Mix both the flour in a microwave proof bowl.

Add ghee. Cook for 2 minutes at micro hi. If you want to roast more, roast for 30 seconds. Stir in between.

When flour is properly roasted add grated jaggery. Mix well.

Spread in a greased dish sprinkle chopped almond, pistachio and cardamom powder. Cut in diamond shape.

If you don’t want to cut serve in a bowl and garnish with almond, pistachio and cardamom powder.
