medium Carrots, cut into ΒΌ inch slices, (4 cups) |

cup Water |

cup Dry white wine or apple juice |

teaspoons Margarine |

teaspoon Ground ginger |

tablespoon Lemon juice |
2 |
teaspoons Packed brown sugar |

Step 1 |
Cook all ingredients except lemon juice and brown sugar in 10 inch skillet over medium heat 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until liquid has evaporated. Reduce to medium-low. |
Step 2 |
Stir in lemon juice and brown sugar. Cook 5 minuts, stirring occasionally, until carrots are glazed. |
Step 3 |
Makes 6 servings. |
