Step 1 |
In large saucepan, combine all ingred. Bring to boil over medium heat. |
Step 2 |
Reduceto low and simmer, uncovered 50 min (until liquid is cooked out & mixture issticky). Stir occasionally while cooking & frequently toward end of cookingtime. Place mixture in fridge an chill throroughly. -To prepare burgers: Preheat skillet (nonstick) over medium heat. Wet hands slightly & shape mixinto burgers (using 1/2 C per burger is best). Cook until brown on both sides. |
