pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes |

tablespoons oil |

green onions, cut into 1-inch strips |

cup quick (low salt) beef broth |

tablespoons Dijon style mustard |

tablespoon lemon juice |

teaspoon salt (optional) |

teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper |

cups hot cooked rice |

Step 1 |
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in wok over high heat. Add beef strips. Stir fry until done. 1-2 minutes. Place cooked meat on a warm platter. Heat remaining tablespoon oil in wok. Add green onions, stir fry 1 minute. Add broth, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Bring to rolling boil. Pour over steak. Serve over rice. |
