pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

tablespoons oil

8

green onions, cut into 1-inch strips

¼

cup quick (low salt) beef broth

2

tablespoons Dijon style mustard

1

tablespoon lemon juice

½

teaspoon salt (optional)

1

teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

3

cups hot cooked rice

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in wok over high heat. Add beef strips. Stir fry until done. 1-2 minutes. Place cooked meat on a warm platter. Heat remaining tablespoon oil in wok. Add green onions, stir fry 1 minute. Add broth, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Bring to rolling boil. Pour over steak. Serve over rice.
