bourbon whiskey

Preparation

Combine 4 mint leaves with sugar and a few drops of water in a cocktail shaker and
muddle
well. Add
ice
and bourbon and
stir
well.

Strain
into a Collins glass and add the champagne.

Garnish
with 2 mint leaves and
serve.
