Ingredients
cup unsweetened
orange juice
1 tablespoon
margarine
teaspoon grated fresh
orange rind
teaspoon
salt
1 dsh
ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon minced fresh
parsley
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in small pan.
Heat
until
warmed
through.
Serve
over
poached
or broiled
fillets
.
