Ingredients
4 cups
flour
1 tablespoon
sugar
2 teaspoons
salt
1 3/4 cups
shortening
1/2 cup
ice water
1 tablespoon
vinegar

egg
Preparation

Mix
flour, sugar, and
salt.
Add shortening and
mix
til crumbly.

Beat
together in a small bowl,
ice
eater, vinegar, and 1 egg. Add to flour mixture and
stir
until moist.

Divide dough into 5 balls.

Wrap
each and
refrigerate
½ hour before
rolling.
