Chicken Fried Venison Steak

Preparation

Cut venison into steaks. Soak in milk for 10 minutes; drain. Season with salt and pepper. Beat 2 eggs in medium size bowl; dip venison in beaten eggs and then turn in flour. Fry in shortening until brown over moderate heat.
