Microwaved Baked Potatoes With Chili and Cheese

Ingredients
2 Larges baking
potatoes
1 can vegetarian
chili
1 cup grated
cheddar
per 2
potatoes
(or more if you like)
Preparation

Stab potatoes with a fork several times.
Bake
potatoes in
microwave
until
heated
thoroughly, approximately 45 minutes.

Open
can
and
heat
chili for approximately 4 minutes. Split potatoes in half and fill with chili.
3
Top
with cheese. Stick back in
microwave
just long enough to
melt
cheese.

Serve
