pkg. (10 oz.) frozen green peas |
½ |
cup natural Cheddar cheese (shredded) |
2 |
tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing |
¼ |
teaspoon salt |
2 |
tablespoons chopped onion |
1 ½ |
teaspoons mustard |

Step 1 |
Crisp salad greens. Rinse peas with small amount of cold running water to separate and remove ice crystals. Drain and mix all ingredients except salad greens. Serve on greens. |
