cup Lowfat sweet n spicy french dressing |

ounce Wheat germ |

cup Finely chopped onions |

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients, shape into a loaf and place on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour. |
