Technique: Koshering
About
Koshering is the process of making cookware and utensils kosher in accordance with Jewish laws. The cookware must be cleaned and heated; utensils must be cleaned and boiled. Ceramic, porcelain, earthenware, glass and paper products cannot be koshered.
