An amuse-bouche is a single bite-sized appetizer. Its literal translation from French means "mouth amuser." Amuse-gueule is also used, meaning "tidbit," though amuse-bouche is more commonly used in restaurants.
An amuse-bouche spoon is any small spoon used to serve the tiny appetizer. For example, wonton soup spoons are often used as their flat bases and upward handle make serving easy and elegant.
