I’m not a huge fan of hard alcohol so I knew I wanted to make something light using wine. I decided to create this Soho Sangria, a white wine sangria made with cucumber, mint, lemon and lime.

This cocktail transports me back to desert hikes among the wildflowers and a Palm-Springs state of mind. I’m hoping that as I transition back into the day-to-day, mixing up a pitcher of these margaritas once in awhile will help me remember to sit down, unplug and just watch the trees swaying in the breeze.

I use homemade coconut milk for this smoothie recipe. It’s delicious and easy to make. If you use canned, I recommend using natural coconut milk made without carrageenan gums, additives or preservatives. Hope you love it.

This peach daiquiri has a splash of sparkle with a fizzy juice and fresh fruit. I use frozen fruit when I make daiquiris so they’re extra cold when I blend them, and I also garnish them with frozen fruit too!

I use strong espresso and while it’s still hot, I add the condensed milk which melts right in, I then add cardamom seeds for an extra layer of flavor, once it’s cool, whole milk is added. It’s really creamy and the cardamom perfumes the coffee beautifully.

Have you guys had Lillet before? It’s a French aperitif wine which makes me feel really fancy. I mixed it with Champagne, because I’m feeling extra fancy, and some freshly picked strawberries and thyme. It’s insane. And beyond easy.

Have you ever had a Hotel Nacional Special cocktail? It was one of the signature cocktails at Cuba’s historic luxury Hotel Nacional. There are all kinds of minor variations of this cocktail and we wanted to put our own spin on it, so we did some R+D and came up with this.
