Rich, dark hot cocoa made with good dark chocolate, honey, vanilla, and a cinnamon stick for good measure, and livened up with a nice dose of dark amber rum.

This is probably my favorite champagne cocktail. I was introduced to the Kir Royale a delectable sweet, bubbly concoction by my dear, sweet friend Peggy Joseph years ago and I still fall back on it when we go out and I just want that sweet black cherry fizzy on my tongue.

I often have a few ideas in mind for a specific mood that I am trying to portray going into a photo shoot. I then pick out a few props (which is always the hardest part for me, because I am so indecisive), set up my shoot, etc.

While this recipe would be lovely served at a holiday cocktail party, this frosty eggnog cocktail is really more boozy dessert than drink, best presented in a pretty glass with a sprinkle of cinnamon alongside a holiday cookie (or two!).
