Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

1/2 pound lean beef, cubed rump or round
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
1 3/4 cups water
2 cups whole wheat noodles, cooked
8 tablespoons low-fat yogurt

Preparation

1. Brown beef and drain. Add mushrooms

2. Whisk dry onion soup and flour into water and heat. Stir until thickened.

3. Combine thickened onion soup and cooked lean beef.

4. Serve over cooked whole wheat noodles. Garnish with a dollop of yogurt.
