Chocolate Cheesecakes

Ingredients

2 tablespoons sugar

3 tablespoons melted butter

Preparation

Place 1 teaspoon of above mixture into smallest muffin tin liners (for Christmas may use holiday muffin tin liners). Press in bottom. 1/2 c. Hershey's chocolate syrup 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 egg 1 egg yolk, slightly beaten 2 tbsp. flour

Mix all ingredients together well. Place 1 tablespoon creamed mixture on top of crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-17 minutes. Leave 15 minutes in pan to cool.

Mix together: 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 tbsp. sugar

Put on top of each miniature cheesecake.

Can be decorated with 1/4 maraschino red or green cherry for the holidays.
