Baked Tofu

Ingredients

1 pound firm tofu, diced
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon cayenne powder
teaspoons Tamari
teaspoons liquid aminos

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Place ingredients in a bowl; let stand for 15 minutes.

Place on a oiled cookie sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes.
