Maroon 5's Snapple Flavor Raises Money for Feeding America

August 31, 2011

Maroon 5 is constantly adding charitable initiatives to their repertoire, and now the band has their very own flavor of Snapple iced tea to help Feeding America.

Earlier this month, the band and Snapple launched "Tea Will Be Loved" at the Hard Rock Cafe in Times Square. Maroon 5's font man, Adam Levine, said he along with his band mates put the work in to make a tea flavor they all liked (which is named after their hit single "She Will Be Loved").

“After lots of taste-testing, we each chose our favorite flavor and combined them to create Snapple Tea Will Be Loved to benefit Feeding America,” Levine said.

The proceeds from Tea Will be Loved are going to Feeding America to help the organization buy more supplies for their food banks. Snapple and Maroon 5 have together committed $250,000 to the organization.

Snapple Tea Will Be Loved is currently available all across the US.
