Who says that gluten free eating can't be wonderfully decadent? This recipe for Coconut Mousee is topped with baked banana and pecan topping. It tastes as luscious as it looks.
1 can of coconut milk (400ml)
1 Tbsp. maple syrup or coconut nectar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 ripe bananas, sliced
