We are back with a brand new episode of Kitchen Secrets! We decided that we wanted more of the deliciousness that Branden, the Culinary Director Staple & Fancy in Seattle, cooks up. This time he demonstrates how to prepare the smaller, but just as tasty, baby artichoke.
