Imbe

Imbe is a crooked tree that bears soft and colorful fruit. Related the mangosteen, the imbe (Garcinia Livingstonia) has orange fruits with a juicy, acid, fragrant pulp. Due to a very thin skin, the fruit is considered too delicate to ship and is therefore not commonly produced by commercial fruit producers.

Be careful, one variaty of imbé (Philodendron sp.) may be quite toxic. Refrain from using until further confirmation.
