“I’ll have whatever’s open,” how often have you heard (or said) this? As a guest at a dinner party, the last thing you want to do is make your host open a bottle of Chardonnay while everyone else is drinking Cab. Enter Coravin. The Coravin System is the first tool of its kind that allows you to serve, pour, and enjoy whatever wine you want, in any quantity, at any time, without waste or compromise.

Here’s how it works:

So, what?
So, this means you never have to open a bottle of wine (if you don’t want to). This is a fantastic tool for wine collectors who don’t want to risk opening bottles of fine wine if they’re not 100% sure that they want to finish it in one sitting, and for solo wine drinkers who only want a single glass of wine. But Coravin also allows you to drink wine in a way that has never been possible before.
What about those nights when your husband can’t wait to dip into his favorite bottle of Chablis, but you’ve been craving Merlot all evening? Or have you ever tasted Pinot Noirs from California, New Zealand, Oregon, Australia, and France side-by-side, all in one evening? Of course not, because you’d never open five bottles at once with only a few people. With Coravin, you don’t have to worry about opening bottles, because you don’t have to.

Come find us at IFBC ’15 to learn more about the Coravin System, and see it in action Friday evening at the opening reception! We look forward to seeing you there.

Stop opening. Start Tasting.

For years, Sara Dickerman cooked in restaurants, and she channels that experience into her writing and recipe development. With Marissa Lippert, she created the annual post-holiday healthy eating plan for, The Food Lover’s Cleanse, now in its sixth year. This year her cookbook The Food Lover’s Cleanse, will be published by William Morrow Cookbooks, a division of HarperCollins. Her work has appeared in The New York Times, Food and Wine, and Saveur; and her writing for Slate won a James Beard Award. She has also been the restaurant critic for The Stranger, the food editor of Seattle Magazine, and a regular guest on Seattle NPR affiliate KUOW.

Start your day with Stonyfield , the country’s leading organic yogurt maker. Starting at 7:30am, Stonyfield invites all conference attendees to stop by their Breakfast Bar for a fun and filling start to the day.

Not your average breakfast, Stonyfield will be joined by Deborah Harroun of Taste and Tell, author of Best 100 Smoothies for Kids and Red Velvet Lovers. Deborah will be whipping up a Pineapple Banana Smoothie and a Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl, both made using Stonyfield Greek Yogurt. Not in the mood for a smoothie? Build your own parfait using unique, savory toppings like beets, citrus and dill and choose between classic Plain or Greek Stonyfield yogurt and Stonyfield’s new Oh My Yog, tri-layer cream top yogurt!
