I am in love with food and cooking. My biggest problem? Loving food, cooking for my family of 7, and not weighing 263 pounds. I tried that weight for a while…it was pretty miserable. So, I’m always on the look out for things to cook and eat that are delicious and healthy. You’ll find recipes and food ideas on my blog that are family friendly and mostly healthy. (I don’t do anything weird like bake cookies with blended up beans instead of butter. Who wants to eat that crap?) I don't post anything that I haven't tried and found to be great. I get a real kick out of keeping my kitchen and food storage stocked up, with out paying too much. I post tips and ideas for saving money at the grocery store. I love swapping recipes and hearing about what other people are eating however simple or fancy it may be.
