What are the ingredients that make up our favourite foods? Why do we use them? Why do we cook the way we do? Is the food we eat good for us? Are there better alternatives?

These are the questions I ask myself and as time goes by, I’ll try to come up with some satisfactory answers. I’m not a doctor or nutritionist or farmer, but I’ll do my best. Hopefully my posts will be useful. At the very least, I hope we can share some good recipes.
