After placing filling in the center of a won ton wrapper, moisten the surrounding area with a small amount of egg wash or plain water. Gently maneuver both thumbs and index fingers to the underside of the wrapper and bring them all together until a small pouch is formed. Hold for a few moments to seal then cook as directed.
