Ebleskivers are a puffy Danish pancake that is filled with a variety of fillings. Since the pan is generously buttered prior to pouring in the batter, the pancakes move quite easily to turn. There are several vendors that sell turning tools that resemble bowed chopsticks- however, I find that the just about any kitchen tool will do the trick. You will just want to avoid piercing them and having the soft center evacuate the pancakes too soon.
