From all I have been able to read it seems like a Spanish Latte is a regular latte with steamed/foamed Sweet Condensed Milk. I saw a few that added Kalua to the mix. I must have seen 25 links that involved the Urth Cafe in Los Angeles. They must make a good one.

It's equal parts steamed milk and steamed sweetened condensed milk along with your espresso shots.
