need recipe for noodle using kikkoman memmi noodle soup base

The Kikkoman soup base is a concentrated fish stock. You can dilute with water according to the directions and just add your favorite cooked fish, shellfish, chicken or veggies. For a little extra flavor- add a squeeze of lime juice or sriracha sauce
The only published recipe I see using it is this one.
