Contact the manufacturer or retailer. Warranty should take care of this! However, if not, use a fine line permanent marker to restore marks. Unfortunately, you may have to do this ocassionally. Also, check how you are cleaning it - harsh or abrasive cleaning agents may contribute to letters wearing off.
